Oxford, AL – The Wrangler Softball team will face the #5 seed Temple College on Wednesday in the quarterfinals of the NJCAA D1 World Series. Odessa advanced to the quarters after pulling off the biggest upset at the World Series so far defeating the #4 seed Florida SouthWestern 12-7 on Tuesday.
- Odessa is the #13 seed in the tournament, Temple College is the #5 seed.
- This will be the third meeting of the season between the Wranglers and Leopards. The two teams split the double header earlier this season at Temple.
World Series History:
- Odessa will be making their fourth consecutive trip NJCAA D1 Softball World Series.
- The Wranglers finished 3rd in 2022 & 2023.
- This will be the tenth trip in program history to the World Series.
