The Wrangler Rodeo team put together a strong showing at the Sul Ross Rodeo this past weekend.

Odessa had eight cowboys qualify for the finals on Saturday night. 

Peyton Hawtin won the long round in steer wrestling with a 4.1 second run.

Ken and Lachlan Coleman both qualified for the finals in saddle bronc. 

Four Wranglers returned in bull riding, Trinity Bear, Hayden Welch, Jamie Underwood, and Riley Shippy all qualified for the finals. Trinity Bear would go on to win the bull riding. 

Odessa will be back in action October 10th throught the 12th as they travel to Clarendon, TX
