
Former Wranglers 1 & 2 in Professional Bull Riding World Standings
Former Odessa College Wrangler Rodeo Team Members Ky Hamilton and Ty Wallace are putting on a show at the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in Arlington, TX. Halfway through the 10 round event, they a currently ranked first and second in the World Standings. Ky Hamilton currently sits in 1st place having won $163,331.17 and Ty Wallace is right behind him in 2nd place having earned $162,253.06.
After Five Rounds at the NFR, both Wallace and Hamilton have multiple qualified rides. Wallace has won back to back rounds, winning Round 4 with an 89.5 point ride and Round 5 with an 91.5. He also finished second in Round 3 with a 88.5. Hamilton finished second in Round 1 with a 90 point ride, fourth in Round 2 with at 81.5, third in Round 4 with an 87.5, and third in Round 5 with an 88.
Wallace, qualified and finished 5th in the nation at the College National Finals Rodeo in 2012-13 as a member of the Odessa College Rodeo Team. Hamilton, rode for the Wranglers during the 2018-19 season and is currently competing at Sul Ross State University under former OC Rodeo Coach CJ Aragon.
