Mens Basketball set for NJCAA Region 5 Tournament
The Wrangler men's basketball team will open post-season play this Wednesday at 7:00pm against Hill College in the first round of the NJCAA Region 5 Tournament.
Odessa (28-2) is the number one seed from the West after going 15-1 in conference play, Hill (17-12) will be the number four seed from the North with an 8-5 conference record.
This year's tournament will be held at the Tiger Pit in Wolfforth, TX and will be live streamed by TSBN Sports at: https://tsbnsports.com/2023-region-5-mens-basketball-tournament/
The tournament will open up on Wednesday, March 8th at 1:00pm and will conclude with the Championship game at 2:00pm on Saturday, March 11th.
The NJCAA Region 5 Basketball Tournament features the top four teams from the Western Junior College Athletic Conference against the top four teams from the North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference. The winner of the tournament will receive an automatic bid to the 2023 NJCAA Division 1 Men's Basketball National Tournament in Hutchinson, KS.
