Wranglers Set for Region 5 Semi-Final Friday
The Wrangler Women's and Men's Basketball Teams will both be in action on Friday in the NJCAA Region 5 tournament Semi-Finals.
Action begins at 3:00pm when the Wrangler Women face Clarendon College. Odessa defeated Temple College 85-57 on Wednesday in their first round game while Clarendon upset McLennan 58-54.
This will be the third time this season that Odessa and Clarendon have face eachother. The Wranglers won both WJCAC conference games earlier this season.
The Men will be back in action for the second consecutive day when they face South Plains at 5:00pm. The Wranglers defeated Weatherford College 58-50 on Friday, South Plains defeated Grayson 85-69.
This will be the third matchup between the two team. South Plains defeated Odessa both time in WJCAC play by four points total.
