Wrangler Report: October 11th

Volleyball: Wranglers continue their winning streak in WJCAC play. OC defeated Midland College in five sets (19-25,25-16,25-10,11-25,21-19) last Wednesday and then defeated Western TX in straight sets on Saturday (25-11,25-9,25-19). #9 OC will face two ranked opponents this week, on Wednesday they will take on #17 New Mexico Military at 6pm at the OC Sports Center. Saturday, the Wranglers will travel to Hobbs, NM to play #16 New Mexico Junior College.
In the Polls: Odessa moved up one spot in the poll to #8 in the NJCAA D1 Volleyball Poll.  

Rodeo: Continues their fall Southwest Region Rodeo schedule this weekend as they travel to Clarendon, TX to compete at the Clarendon College Rodeo.

Men's Golf: Will travel to Las Cruces, NM to play in the Herb Wimberly Invitational October 17th and 18th.

Women's Golf: Won NJCAA National Preview at Buffalo Dunes in Garden City, KS. Ailsa Brannock won the individual title at +1, Claudia Alnajim Revuelta tied for second at +5, Rossana Halls finished fourth at +6, Zara Houghton tied for 8th at +9, and Rylie Rodriguez finished tied for 15th at +13. Women travel to Albuquerque, NM October 17th and 18th to compete at the Nick Turner Invitational

Baseball: Continues the fall scrimmage schedule traveling to Snyder, TX on Friday to take on Western Texas

Softball: Heads to Albuquerque, NM for a pair of games against the University of New Mexico and New Mexico Highlands.

Men's Basketball: Will host a pair of scrimmages at the OC Sports Center on Saturday. The Wranglers will face NMMI at 11am and Midland at 12:30pm

Women's Basketball: OC will head to DFW for the SWABC scrimmages.
