Wrangler Report: September 27th

Volleyball: Went 2-0 in conference play last week. OC defeated New Mexico JC in four set (25-21,25-23,19-25,27-25) and swept Frank Phillips in straight sets (25-13,25-15,25-20). Odessa is now 17-4 overall and 3-1 in WJCAC play. The Wranglers continue their home stand on Wednesday when they host Amarillo College at 6pm at the OC Sports Center. OC will travel to Clarendon on Saturday to face the Bulldogs.
In the Polls: Odessa is ranked #10 in this weeks NJCAA D1 Volleyball Poll.

Rodeo: Competed at the Sul Ross State University Rodeo this past weekend in Alpine, TX. Two Wranglers made the short round, Bareback rider Cooper Cano and Saddle Bronc rider TW Flowers. The fall rodeo schedule takes a two week break before resuming October 13th through the 15th at the Clarendon College rodeo in Clarendon, TX.

Men's Golf: Ranked #7 in the NJCAA D1 Men's Golf Coaches Poll. The Wranglers travel to Newton, KS this week to compete in the NJCAA D1 National Preview at Sand Creek Station.

Baseball: Continues the fall scrimmage schedule. OC travels to Lubbock on Tuesday to take on Amarillo College and on Friday, the Wranglers will host Midland College at 11am.

Softball: OC will host UTPB on Saturday in a home scrimmage starting at noon at the Wrangler Softball Complex.
