The Odessa College women's basketball team downed the University of the Southwest's junior varsity team 121-43 Tuesday night at the OC Sports Center.

Odessa College (3-1) scored at least 32 points in three of four quarters while holding Southwest JV to 17 points or less in each quarter.

Tanaka Gapare led the 10th-ranked Lady Wranglers with 20 points and 11 rebounds off the bench.

Odessa College returns to action at 5 p.m. Thursday to face Northern Oklahoma College-Tonkawa in the first game of the Wrangler Club Classic.
