Softball Wins Five of Seven Over the Weekend

The Wranglers started their home adventure hosting the Pratt Community College Beavers on Thursday, February 24th for a double header.  OC had the bats working well, sweeping Pratt CC.  The Wranglers won the first game in five innings 10-2 and then the second game 8-3.  

On Friday, February 25th, the Wranglers made things look easy by beating the Seward County Saints 12-3 in five innings followed by another five inning win against Temple College, 16-7.  

On Saturday, however, the Wranglers played three games and were able to snag just one win, and earning two losses.  Temple College returned the favor, beating OC 7-1 for the first game of the day. Odessa was able to beat the Seward County Saints again in five innings, 13-4, but remained scoreless in their third and final game of the day, losing to Ranger College, 7-0.  

The ladies have some time off, but will be back on the road taking on Ranger College March 13th at 1pm and 3pm.  OC then makes the long haul over to Las Vegas, NM to start up conference play taking on Luna Community College for a four-game series March 18th and 19th.
