Park leads Wranglers to Platinum Pipe Invitational Championship
The Odessa College Wrangler Golf Team wrapped up the 2020 Fall tournament schedule taking home the Platinum Pipe Invitational this past weekend. The 54 hole tournament was played over two days at the Odessa Country Club Links Course. Odessa College was lead by Sangha Park who took home the individual title shooting -6 under over three rounds (71,70,69). Park won the tournament by three strokes over Holden Hamilton (77,69,67) from McLennan Community College. Marcelo Garza took home fourth place (76,69,74), Jose Dibildox finished ninth (72,73,75), Mariano Barbosa placed 11th (74,72,76), Sebastion Gomez finished 15th (77,75,73), and Mason Roberts finished 16th (77,80,70).
With the tournament win, Head Coach Paul Chavez picked up his 150th career tournament championship adding to his impressive Hall of Fame Career.
