The Western Junior College Athletic Conference has announced the Volleyball Players of the Week for the week of Sept. 15-21.

New Mexico Military Institute middle blocker Vittoria Price is the WJCAC Offensive Player of the Week.

The 6-3 freshman from Roswell, NM had 46 kills and averaged 2.3 kills per set in leading the undefeated NMMI team to a 5-0 record for the week including wins over two nationally-ranked teams. She also added 22 digs, 19 block assists and 3 solo blocks.

Odessa College libero Faith Sanchez and New Mexico Military Institute libero Hula Crisostomo are the WJCAC Co-Defensive Players of the Week.

Sanchez, a 5-1 sophomore from San Angelo, TX, had 56 digs, 16 assists and 9 aces in 14 sets played last week, helping the Lady Wranglers stay undefeated for the season.

Crisostomo, a 5-1 sophomore from Honolulu, HI, had 126 digs, 12 assists and 7 aces in 20 sets played last week.
