Aqua Zumba® 

Pool Party! Aqua Zumba integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness disciplines and creates a class that is a safe, effective and challenging water-based work out for all.

HIIT

Kick and punch your way to a fit bod, with this high intensity total body workout that will improve your stamina, flexibility, and strength!

Beginner to intermediate classes available: Aqua Therapeutic (Modified for those with movement restrictions), Aqua Works (Basic class), and Aqua Deep (Class held in deep water).
