Abs, Core & More 

Get ready to engage that core! We're changing it up each class to keep your ab mucles guessing using pilates and kickboxing moves along with other exercises to get you closer to the abs of your dreams!

Aqua Zumba® 

Pool Party! Aqua Zumba integrates the Zumba fornula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness disciplines and creates a class that is a safe, effective and challenging water-based work out for all.

Battle Ropes

This class will make you sweat! Use the battle ropes to burn fat, build muscle, and improve your overall conditioning in a class that'll have you coming back for more!

FC Circuit 

We're bringing it back! For those who remember the Super Circuit, say hello to FC Circuit!

Not into group fitness classes? This workout is just for you. This individualized class has you moving from station to station in the Fitness Center utilizing the strength and cardio machines in a circuit format. When the overhead speaker says "rotate," you'll move to the next station! BEFORE your first class, stop by the Fitness Center Office for a quick orientation and to set up your equipment weight tracker card. Only needs to be done once.

Kundalini Yoga (Meditation Yoga) - NEW

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic blend of physical postures, breathing, movement, stretching, meditation, mantra and relaxation; the combination of which activates the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, expands the lung capacity, and purifies the bloodstream. Class will be held inside in Studio 211 during bad weather days. Mats are provided.
