Spiritual Wellness Week      November 17th - 23rd

Your goal is to complete at least 1 wellness activity each week from those listed below. Want to do more than one? Please do!

  • Activity #1   Make Your Own Zen Garden Join us in creating a small space of calm and serenity that you can take home. Zen gardens are more than just a piece of decoration for your office. Each part of the Zen gardens has meaning and understanding the relationship between each can help with mindfulness, meditation, bring you balance and create a sense of calmness when the word around you gets to be a little too much.  Supplies are limited. First come, first serve.
    • Monday, November 18th from 11:00AM - 1:00PM, Saulsbury Campus Center Private Dining Room; Come & Go event.
  • Activity #2   Vision Board Life Goal Session  Having a hard time finding your purpose in life? Not sure what your goal in life is or how to even start creating one? Using photos and images to create a vision board can help you identify what important to you and what you want out of life. Led by Stephanie Sigler, come create your guide and visual reminder to help you make your purpose and goals a reality.
    • Wednesday, November 20th, 1:00PM - 3:00PM, Saulsbury Campus Center Private Dining Room, Come & Go event.
  • Activity #3   Personal Reflection  Have you ever just taken a moment to reflect on your life, how you spend your time, and how you make an impact on the world around you? Spend some honest time with yourself this week to reflect on what's important to you. Ask yourself, do your words and actions align with your values? Are you accepting and tolerant of others with different views and opinions? Do you make real time for yourself? What are you doing to help those around you or to improve your circumstance? Once you have your answers, you can identify if there are areas where you can make improvements for yourself and others.
    • Anytime between Sunday, November 17th - Saturday, November 23rd.
