Volleyball to host Dig Pink Night

The Wrangler Volleyball team will be back in action at home on Wednesday October 10th as they host Western Texas College on Dig Pink Night.

There will activities throughout the evening and all proceeds will go directly to Dig Pink and the SideOut Foundation.  Since 2010, the Side-Out Foundation has been dedicated to funding breast cancer education and cutting-edge breast cancer research/treatment in order to extend the lives of those living with stage IV cancer.

Student Life will be tailgating in front of the Sports Center.  Five dollars will get you a burger, chips, and a drink.  Food will start being served at 5:30pm.  They will also have a pie throwing station set up for your chance to pie someone in the face.  The pies are two dollars apiece or three for five dollars.

Inside, Cosmetology will be painting nails and putting in Pink Hair Extensions. You will also be able to purchase an "In Honor of" window ribbon for one dollar that will be posted to the windows in the Sports Center.

Western Texas (6-18) comes into the match with a 1-4 conference record after picking up their first WJCAC victory last week over Frank Phillips College.

The Wranglers (18-7) are 4-1 in conference after their straight set win over Clarendon College last Wednesday.  OC looks to get back on the winning track after a 2-2 showing at the Blinn College Invitational last weekend.

First serve is set for 7pm inside the OC Sports Center.  This will be an OC ALL-IN EVENT. The Wrangler Room will be open for Wrangler Club Members.
