RaShaun Black finishes 3rd in 800 meter

The OC Track team was in Hobbs, NM over the weekend, and placed very well.  RaShaun Black, freshman from Odessa, finished 3rd in the 800 meter race; with a time of 2:00 flat. Black was the highest finisher representing a junior college (with the first and second place finishers being from four-year universities.)  

For the ladies, Jade Marin and Lily Castaneda ran the 5,000 meter and finished 5th and 6th place respectively.  OC Track will compete again at the West Texas A & M University meet on April 25th.
