Odessa College Splits Pair With Otero Junior College

The Odessa College split at pair of games with Otero Junior College on Friday to open the Odessa College Invitational.

The Lady Wranglers won the opener 9-0 in five innings, but fell 16-7 in the second game.

Winter Ridgeway threw a two-hit shutout to get the victory in Game 1 for Odessa College (13-7).

Vanessa Muro went 3 for 4 at the plate with a double and a home run in the win. Muro also added an RBI double in the Game 2 defeat.
