OC Softball receives #2 seed in Region V Tourney

The Region V West Tournament, including teams from the Western Junior College Athletic Conference, will be held at Texas Tech's Rocky Johnson Field in Lubbock.

Howard College and Odessa College tied atop the WJCAC standings, but Howard won the head-to-head tiebreaker and will be the No. 1 seed. Odessa will be seeded second, followed by Midland College, Clarendon College, Western Texas College and El Paso Community College.

The winner of each regional tournament will receive an automatic bid to the NJCAA National Tournament in St. George, Utah.
