Odessa College Expands Lead To 7 Strokes At NJCAA National Championship

Odessa College broadened its lead to seven strokes after the second round of the NJCAA Division I Men's Golf National Championship on Wednesday.

The Wranglers posted a team score of four-over par (292) in their second round. Odessa College stands at even par (284-292—576) for the tournament, while Eastern Florida State jumped four spots to second (294-289—583) and Indian Hills Community College moved up to third (292-292—584).



Odessa College sophomore Van Thomas overtook the top spot at two-under par 142 (70-72). Adam Blomme shot up 21 spots (74-70—144) for the Wranglers after he posted a second round at two-under par and sits in a tie for sixth.
