The Odessa College men's golf team is right where it wants to be at the NJCAA national championship.

The Wranglers shot a team total of 4-under par 284 to open up a two-shot lead over McLennan Community College on Tuesday at Buffalo Dunes Golf Course.

Augustin Hole carded the low round of the day with a 69, giving him a one-shot lead over five players at 70, including Odessa College teammate Van Thomas.

Dustin Lewis also added a score in red figures with a round of 71. Adam Blomme and Chris Finnie each fired a score of 74 to begin the tournament.

The tournament continues today through Thursday.
