Enormous Inning Helps Odessa College Split With El Paso CC

Odessa College settled for a split of its WJCAC baseball series Saturday against El Paso Community College, dropping the opener 12-10 before exploding for a 36-10 victory in the nightcap at American Legion Park.

The Wranglers (30-22 overall, 20-12 WJCAC) scored 27 runs in the third inning of the nightcap. Harry Fullerton and Mason McLenna each hit a grand slam, while Tresten Kennard and Mitch Holding also homered. Fullerton finished with eight RBIs, Kennard with seven and Holding and McClenna with five each.
