Baseball Postponed after Game 1 Loss to Clarendon

Clarendon College hit five home runs Friday in defeating Odessa College 17-9 in the first game of a WJCAC baseball series before weather took over.

Friday's second game was postponed because of high winds and Saturday's scheduled doubleheader has also been called off, according to Odessa College coach Kurtis Lay. The teams will now play a doubleheader on Sunday and a single game on Monday.

In the loss, Tresten Kennard went 4 for 4 with two homers, a triple and four RBIs for the Wranglers (23-17 overall, 14-7 WJCAC), while Deylan Moreno was 2 for 4 with a homer and three RBIs.
